ComicScene Summer Special Cover Reveal

ComicScene has revealed the cover of its Issue 5 Summer Special – and its a Corker!

Featured on the cover is ‘Captain Cosmic’ by Andy W Clift with a full adventure inside. Captain Cosmic is one of six strips including the first first part of ‘Lady Flintlock’ and continuing ‘Our Land’ as well as comics from Marc Jackson, Ed Doyle, Alan Holloway and Mr Jimer.

Publisher Tony Foster said, “We thought we might make summer a little more special, highlighting some great work from self and small publishers out there alongside our coverage of this exciting sector. We will be running more over three issues during the summer and if there is a desire from readers as well as creators and publishers coming forward from the U.K. and beyond with submissions or ideas we’d be keen to run more in the future.”

The Summer Special also includes an article from Lew Stringer on Summer Specials, the new collection of Sweeney Toddler, the first of two articles on the new Tammy and Jinty Special from Rebellion and the Summer blockbuster Spider-Man Far From Home and an article on the web slingers previous holidays to London!
